Un post tardif. Quel week end de folie avec Kdance up Karolyna Caceres Lopez Fred Whitehouse Gary O' Reilly Tim Johnson Dustin Betts Les danses etaient splendides, des bras et des pieds, et même plus, tout confondus. Les musiques superbes. 10 danses à ne pas oublier. J.ai juste pas fait la derniere , Valse de Tim , car trop épuisée. A refaire c'est sur. Beaucoup danser a la demande grace a une surper équipe de danseurs .Bref j,ai adoré et bcp penser à Darren Bailey Apres l event d' Esmeralda Van de Pol . Ce fut une semaine d.enfer.. K.Dance Up Events Karolyna Caceres Lopez s Santa Susanna dance weekend .....A little review if you thinking of booking next year which I would highly recommend TRANSPORT - easy from Barcelona or Girona airport @50mins/1hr by bus. Return trip was @£25 pp with luggage. There are also more expensive car or taxi options . It's also easy to add on Barcelona to sightsee, lockers at bus station HOTEL is fabulous with several pools ,one rooftop with great views , boules areas , tennis courts & a wonderful SPA with gym . Nice seated areas & busy bar area .DINING full board , extensive delicous healthy buffets with many different options , perfect for all tastes .Alcohol included , bucks fizz at breakfast , White, Rose & Red wine @ lunch & dinner ..note it is not allowed to be taken from dining room There are plenty of shops & restaurants next to hotel & the beach is a short walk across the road for lovely strolls .The dancing this year was held in a wonderful large air conditioned room with fab lighting . Plenty big enough for the @300 attending . There are other rooms too & a dancefloor next to the bar area , plenty of salsa , bachata, & Latin played .Rafel Corbí did a great job of DJing for the weekend catering for all levels from many different countries .Not an easy job .Imma also did a pre workshop work out which was super fun .The line up of Gary Fred Tim Dustin delivered some fabulous dances throughout the weekend & the banter they have as friends kept us all giggling . It was a fabulous room of dancers , language was not a barrier to the fun we had on & off the floor .Finally Karo , thank you for creating this fabulously relaxed event for dancers , you along with Nathalie at your side cannot do enough for people . As personal friends I thank you for everything & so enjoyed our downtime together . May you continue to grow this event year on year Special mentions to Paul Pauline Helen for being weekend buddies & roomies . Sur la route du retour après 2 belles journées de danses organisées à Santa Susanna par Karolyna Caceres Lopez : un grand merci à elle! Another weekend making great memory's and laughing till it hurts. Sadly currently sat waiting on my heavily delayed flight, but getting to reflect on a fun weekend.Huge thanks to Karolyna Caceres Lopez for inviting me over, was great to see everyone and dance till my feet hurt (and man, do they hurt ) you always put on such relaxing and fun weekends, and to see the weekend as packed as it was I couldn't be happier for you! It's Election Day in the US, but it's time for me to make a future Facebook reminder and express some gratitude about my fabulous first weekend in Santa Susana, almost halfway between Barcelona and the French border, at Karolyna's dance weekend. The choreographers/instructors were wonderful (Fred, Gary, Tim, Dustin—but we were also sad that Darren couldn't be with us). The seaside hotel Don Angel was a great value and it was nice to have all the meals included with better food than I have come to expect at host buffets. The organization from Karolyna and friends was great and the welcome was wonderful. DJ Rafi kept us moving and singing along (and playing along, for those in Ariadna's group with musical instruments). We also had fun warming up each morning with energy and humor courtesy of Imma. And there was the lovely camaraderie with dancers and friends, old and new. I can't wait for the next one in April and the following time in November 2025. Before and after the event, Mark and I were able to have dinner with his Spanish teacher, Dulce, and her daughter, who gave us treats made from chestnuts for the local Catalan October 31 holiday, La Castanyada. We also had a fabulous 27 hours in a Hyatt suite (thanks to an upgrade gift from Carson) with a huge bathtub (which was especially nice since it ended up being a rainy day).I'm currently in Frankfurt, spending the night near the airport, so I can be up early for the long flight to Palau via Taiwan for some scuba with Carson and my first time diving on a live aboard (for one week). (Note for my friends in Taiwan that I am planning to come back in January to visit and stay to attend iDance in Taichung in March. Yay!) Shannon H.

Hometime...Short but sweet! Thank you Karolyna Caceres Lopez for asking me to step in last minute, I loved it!!! I am so sorry Darren couldn't make it this weekend and send all the prayers and love him and his family need at this time.. the dancers asked to send their love To the boys on staff, what a weekend!!! Dustin Betts, Tim Johnson, Gary O' Reilly & Rafel Corbí Vilardell unbelievable!!Loved the workshops, loved the spa, loved the better option Steak!! Great times and great memories!
